Lambs!!! When did you get lambs!! Looks like the kids had a grand time!! Super cute quilt block! You do such pretty work!! I know you are busy! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteHugs from Texas!!
I love seeing kids working on a farm and not sitting in front of a computer! I didn't grow up on a working farm but we had a farmhouse in the country with a little bit of animals and huge gardens and lots of apple trees. I loved the way I grew up and wish more kids could see the benefit of being outside.
ReplyDeleteThey look like they had so much fun. I used to love to feed the calves. But feeding the lambs looks like a good time too.
ReplyDeleteWhat a truly lovely post -- so much to smile about.
ReplyDeleteLooks like you had lots of help, lots of fun, and many good memories made!
ReplyDeleteLots of fun having the kids on the farm but good to get back into your own routine too.

ReplyDeleteHow cute are those lambs!!! So good to see the kids all I outside and enjoying things on the farm and hopefully lightening the load for you too. Lovely block you have made there Raewyn.
ReplyDeleteHi Raewyn ... I was reading this post thinking to myself that I bet those kids just LoVe coming to the farm for their holidays with all the different activities. Are they town kids I wonder?
ReplyDeleteLooks like it was a lovely holiday!! Enjoy your peace and quiet now... although with all those babies to feed, define peace & quiet!! xx

ReplyDeleteYour photos take me back to my days living near a farm and holidaying on a farm owned by an Aunt!! Lovely to see all the animals and the kids helping out. Thanks for giving me a trip down memory lane.
