Some sewing —
Their stool is a delightful pincushion made by Julie a couple of years ago. I won it in a blog draw :-).
I found a large piece of baby muslin so hemmed it as a cot sheet for young Odie.
Some more tyre appliqueing, and some rims cut - they look almost real with the rims on now!
Today's walk —
Often I go straight ahead, across the road and up the hill here —
Finished my second bunny. UFOs from last April.
Couldn't resist a fun wee photo shoot.Their stool is a delightful pincushion made by Julie a couple of years ago. I won it in a blog draw :-).
Because Easter was a little different this year, I think it's ok to keep them out for a bit longer!

Today's walk —
Often I go straight ahead, across the road and up the hill here —
But I went left through some paddocks to these trees —
Through this bit of bush —
And a walk along the riverbank —
This photo looks across the river to some of the hills I also sometimes climb. |
The bulls said hello —
'til next time,
stay home and stay well,
happy stitches,
Great photo shot of the bunnies.. 😁
ReplyDeleteTractors are growing .. how many more to make for the quilt?
Can never have too many muslin blakies..
So good you can vary lovely walks...
I'd keep those bunnies out for a while yet too - they are adorable! Besides, we got a late spring dusting of snow overnight so I need all the signs of warmer weather that are out there. Be well.
ReplyDeleteI love the bunnies! so cute really. the tractors are turning out so cute too
ReplyDeleteThe tractors are fabulous -- and the bunnies are adorable. I've seen photos of her design (so cute but not my kind of fiddly sewing). Congrats on the finishes!
ReplyDeletePretty little bunnies, just right for a farmers wife, not like the real wild ones outside. Or do you not have rabbits to contend with on the farm, never seem to read about them these days.
ReplyDeleteThe tractors and bulldozers are coming along so well.
I think you had a lot of fun with that photoshoot!! haha.. the bunnies are sweet. Tractors coming along...

The bunnies are super cute, great photo shoot, I think they should stay out as long as you want them to. 😁. The tractors are looking wonderful, the wheels make a big difference. Nice to go thru some bush when you are walking, I see Emma dog has accompanied you again.
ReplyDeleteHi Raewyn oh I love those sweet bunnies well done on your beautiful work the tractor blocks are awesome ,you are very clever my friend.
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful views you get to see on your walk your property is scenic.
Raewyn - lovely bunnies - I am partial to the one with the polka-dots. Glad you are getting out for a walk - tomorrow we are going for a drive, the first time I have left our neighborhood for a week - looking forward to it!
ReplyDeleteCute bunnies.
ReplyDeleteCute bunnies! And they won't raid your vege garden! The heavy equipment quilt is looking very colourful.
