A bit of a puzzle

Some odd looking body parts have started appearing in The Palace —
An ear perhaps?
Maybe a nose?
Definitely an eye (albeit incomplete)
Yes, you guessed it; I'm pattern testing for Juliet of Tartankiwi again!
An interesting assortment of body bits.
This is going to be an awesome cat...and quite a big one too. We're allowed to share our progress of this as Juliet has been talking about this latest design on Instagram. She has high hopes of doing a sewalong next year. I'm loving it a lot. You can see more *here*.

In the top of the previous photo I realised you can just see some fruit I harvested today —
I realised yesterday this wee bunch was starting to ripen. And decided to cut it before the birds find it.
A tangle of grapevines and banana palms.

We had two little cuties come around today; look how big they're getting, sitting at the table to eat —
I used the little white chair and my sister had the cane chair when we
were kiddos - they don't build them like this anymore!
'til next time,
happy stitches,
