I feel lke I am gradually catching up with myself again so I thought a quick post with a few pics would be in order.
Christmas Swap gifts are too-ing and fro-ing...look what
Michell sent me! I hope she will be as excited by my parcel as I am with hers!!

Thank you Michell!! |
Here's a little sewing I can share...playing with more of Lori's quilting designs (the
inboxjaunt). She really is clever and lately has posted some tutorials for Christmas motifs which I am dying to try out.
|
Birdhouse design by the inboxjaunt Cool, huh? |
The MOML and I went out driving the other day (yes, I took my
ripple afghan along!) and ended up at the beach...just one of our many beautiful Northland beaches.
|
Matapouri Bay. We had lunch in a rustic cafe while out, it was beautiful - quite the outing really! |
|
Beautiful old-fashioned rose with a lovely scent. ("Comte de Chambord") I love the way the blooms form in sprays. |
Don't be too amazed - isn't this a short post for me?!
Have a great day,
Short post, but loaded with goodness!
ReplyDeleteIs there something in that bag that you are waiting to open?
You got me directed to theinboxjaunt a while ago--great stuff there. Thanks!
What a beautiful spot you visited. Wow!
I love old fashioned roses--the look and the scent. In fact, if I ever have to replace roses in my garden, before I even consider color, I consider scent. No matter how gorgeous the rose, if it doesn't smell good, I don't plant it. : )
Beauty-bomb post, Raewyn!
ReplyDeleteCheers,
Jeanneke.
